Navigation System problem and terrible Maserati Dealers

I took my car to the Dealer at Bergen Maserati on December 26th as suggested. They ran the diagnostics and found Navigation software needs an upgrade. The Dealer tried to upgrade the software but couldn't and said Navigation Systems needs replacement. The part has to come from Italy. According to the Dealer, since its a week between Christmas and New Year. Maserati in Italy is closed for the week, so I have to bring the car back in January which we agreed on for January 21st 2019.

In the meanwhile the Dealer called and asked for the video as a proof that the GPS is guiding to the wrong direction which I sent them. On January 21st dealer took the car gave me a loner. Next day, the dealer called and said we upgraded the software, your car is ready to pick up.

I picked up the car, entered the address which took to wrong place in the past and it did the same. Luckily I took the picture of the system information from navigation before giving it to the Dealer. When I compared the software version before and after the upgrade, I found no change, nothing was upgraded. I called the dealer, and girl (recepinest "Suzan") at dealer answered, Navigation System is supposed to guide you and it is guiding you, "What else you want?". This is the exact statement, she made. So I said, guiding in right direction is what I want, She said she will talk to technician and get back to me. Which never happened.

There is no Service Specialist or any technical person, the whole dealing was with this receptionist. The specialist was their, but he was busy some personal real estate business.

Attached are pictures of System, before and after the upgrade, please let me know what am I missing in it, what they did and I don't see. Only thing I see is that they drove my car 50 mile somewhere.

Maserati is pushing the product without any support or technical skill behind it.

This is not the first Dealer, I called three different Dealers and left several messages including the Parsippany dealership who sold the car, but never heard from any of them.

And now the car is giving an Air Suspension faulty error.

My Levante has an issue with the Bluetooth phone connection. When I speak on my iPhone using Bluetooth connection, there is a background noise. I took it to two dealerships trying to fix and they could not. I am right now living with that problem. Can't believe Maserati could not figure out a proper Bluetooth connectivity for phones.
