AFS failure
A couple of weekends ago I had the main beam keep dropping out, dipping the lights, even though the main beam indicator on the dash was still showing. You could turn the beam off and back on but after 30s or so it would drop again. Not too much fun when driving along dark, narrow, country roads. No other lights on though.
In the morning when I started the ignition I was greeted by the two warnings in the images.
Checking with the dealer the Advanced Frontlight System has failed, they couldn't get anything out of the associated ECU. Car is booked in for two weeks for them to get to the bottom of it. I'm so glad its still under warranty.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
