The tri-colored lines that appear on the infotainment screen when you're backing up? I don't think those can be turned off at all, never hard of it being done on any vehicle as far as I know.

Goto Settings > Safety & Driving > close to the bottom should be a selectable pertaining to surround view guidelines that can be checked/unchecked.
