I own a 2017 Levante V6 Turbo Diesel MY17. Since October 2017 (new) I have had an ongoing problem with the brakes sqeaking (Like metal on metal) only when the steering is turned to the right and slowing down. (as if you were turning into a car space). There is no brake noise while braking straight or turning left nor brake noise when turning around a bend to the right. Only the one direction. The noise is extremely load like metal on metal or a bus or truck brake noise. Been into Maserati twice with no change. The car has 10,000kms on it now with now change. Can anyone provide some advice outside the obvious of changing pads etc of which all have been done.

I have a 2017 also and I have been experiencing the same thing and it happens when I pull into a space left or right and when I slow down. I was when you feather the pedal (lightly tap on turns) there will be a high pitch squeal. This is due to feathering the pedal. I was also told that since I do not drive the vehicle a lot this will continue to happen. It's a performance vehicle and needs to be driven. Lack of driving causes rust issues on rotors. It's in the shop now being diagnosed for that and other things. Was your vehicle ever fixed?
