My Levanti will not download my phonebook from my Iphone 7 thus I am unable to keep phone numbers stored in the speed dial slots on my screen. My Levanti has been in the shop 4 times to try to diagnose and resolve this issue. Anyone experience the same and have a solution?

I just started testing this. I have an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.1.1 and have this exact same behavior. The phonebook is not accessible over bluetooth, and neither is the ability to store a "favorite" number in the system. I have another iPhone with an iOS 9 install, so I'll check those to see if it is indeed an iOS version issue. Perhaps the MTC system needs a software update/fix to address newer iOS versions

Ironically, this morning, I went to test a different phone, and all my phones no work with the address book, and the "favorites" option. It was grayed out last night, but this morning everything works just fine. I don't have an iPhone 7 however, so can't confirm that, but on iPhone 5S and 6 it works for me now.
Quite similar issue on my Levante with an iphone 7 plus. Mine is not keeping longer than a few days the preferred number on the mtc+ screen. Slots will turn empty after a while without any reasons.
Did not brought it to the shop, yet. Looks like a sort of bug. Didn't try with other phones, though.
