Safelite can order you a factory original or after market with one year guaranty windshield at a fraction of the original price. I almost always go with the later choice as my StateFarm auto-insurance deductible for windshield is over $500.
Lavante Wind Shield
I was traveling on Spring break and when i got into my Lavante, i noticed a crack in the front Wind Shield. Should I get it done at the leadership or can I do it outside like Safelite Autoglass?

There was a well-known problem with stress cracks that was covered by warranty. My 2017 Levante S developed a "U-Shaped" crack around the rear view mirror. The windshield was replaced at no cost and no problems...
