yes, your stuck with a full switch out - so you may as well go with the cheapest 19 rims with our bolt pattern and the most narrow mud and snows available. Had the same situation with an A8L and ML63AMG : great 21's in Summer but pure trouble in the Winter at 8,000 feet!
