New Levante - Off to a rocky start & impressions

Absolutely understand that these are first world world 'problems'. That said- two week old Levante, completely dead twice. Nothing left on so unsure where the drain is coming from. Someone mentioned the easy exit setting (which was on) so I'll uncheck that setting and see. (BTW, Maserati roadside couldn't jump it- found out he was connecting to the wrong negative terminal so I had to do it myself.) Humbling to see the expressions on passersby's faces as they see the Mas getting jumped by an old Honda (or best case, they don't know who is jumping who.)

Alarm goes off randomly - tech says that if any window is even cracked a bit, including the sunroof, a slight bit of wind will set it off- they are extremely sensitive.

Issues with simply contacting dealership - for another post.

Fun car to drive, great looking. I'm a patient guy, and this is all in perspective.

Ensure your dealer has made EVERY software upgrade currently available. Build date indicates what's needed most. I noticed a very early 17 on my dealer's lot which was returned w/ problems similar to yours. They re-flashed the software, resold, and I understand now problem free.

I'm curious to see what they come up with for the battery drain issues. I haven't experienced this yet. I've had my truck since Feb of this year, and have just about 5k on the odometer. I'll keep an eye out for this. I haven't had the alarm go off yet, but I do keep the windows and sunroof closed when it's parked. Curious to see if the alarm truly is that sensitive. I may test that theory and leave my windows slightly cracked this week.
I had my Levante since Feb 17. The battery when dead on me 3 times. The trunk door refused to operate 5 times. The CarPlay has a mind of its down. My window cannot be closed on a road trip leaving me driving in rain with an open window. Nothing seems to work on this car except the exhaust. It has the emotions of Italians. Anyone able to help. I suspect the dead batt is due to keyless entry. My neighbor called me a several times when he saw my cluster lights on even when car is locked.

I've experienced the window not rolling back up but it's intermittent, and my local dealer thinks it's the safety seal around the window for the anti-pinch technology being "too tight." No real fix, other than it hasn't happened again after they looked at it. Car play is still young technology, and does tend to freeze up sometime. This feels more like an Apple issue than Maserati
Update

Replaced battery and performed 2 ECM flashes.
Replaced windshield molding insert (drivers side)
Replaced driver door sill (thought they would simply glue it back down, but ordered new one.)
Rerouted driver seat wiring harness (rubbing would cause fraying which would short seat.)

We'll go from here. Inconvenience more than compensated for with a brand new MB S550 loaner for 3 days :)
For the alarm issue... When you leave the car with a window down or sunroof open, press the lock button on the key remote 3 times in a row. You will hear a beep. This shuts off the interior alarm sensor!
Thanks "dabubbs". I made an official complaint to Maserati Italy. Dealer is working under Italian Engineers to troubleshoot and re-programmed on my vehicle. Suspect Air suspension did not sleep after engine off. Power drain after car is locked. For CarPlay, they advice I use an Apple Original instead of the fancy one I got to match the interior. I am keeping my fingers crossed if both worked well after I get the car back. The vehicle was at dealer for more than a week now for troubleshooting. The window issues was the pinch sensors, just need to reset with the open/close button. After reset, it was did not re-occured.
Hi - are you still seeing issues with the Levante? Also is your's 2018 or 2017? We are considering purchasing a 2018 Levante and are concerned about these reliability issues. thank you.
No Problems after three months and 4300 miles

I'm really enjoying this car. No problems thus far. I had my alarm go off a few times when parked near a busy road with trucks. I just hit the lock button three (or four) times and a little chirp goes off. This turns off the the siren.
