It is almost 4 hours and I am still waiting for service on a clear sunny day. It took over 15 minutes and repeated apologies for them to find my location in a clearly marked rest stop on a major interstate highway. They told me they would dispatch a truck. Two hours later the tow company called and said they had been told to tow to a closed dealership. The car has the inflatable spare. After more calls they are coming. Incompetent roadside service for a simple flat tire.
