It looks alright in these patent drawings, a bit too hatch like for my liking, was hoping to see something with a roof line similar to what you'd find on the Cayenne, much like with some of the original renderings:

The Levante is Coming, We Know that Much...

For all the airplay FCA has given the Maserati Levante you'd be forgiven for forgetting it exists.
The only official pieces of news we have to date is yes Maserati will produce the Levante and the final design has been patented.
The Levante is expected to be revealed in production form come the 2016 Detroit Autoshow in January, until then we only have patent drawings, renderings and lust fuelled speculation to rely on.
The patents do make the Levante appear quite long and narrow, which could simply be a function of the basic line drawings. Its unclear if the Levante will ride on a Ghibli or Quattroporte sized wheelbase.
Expected to start at 65,000 Euros, Maserati is forecasting 10,000 sales annually.
