Wrong Outer Temperature Sensor reading

Recently noticed wrong outside temperature reading. During cold start, it shows 40c, when its only 23c outside. Figured maybe the outside temperature sensor issue. Wanted to check if anybody replace Outer Temperature Sensor PN#675000358? Mine is giving wrong reading, don't see obvious effect, just annoying and seems the AC is running colder. Found some pictures (see attachment) as to where this part is located, but wanted to check if anybody replaced one before and if so, where the heck is it, I can not see it in the hood area. Just wondering if its hiding behind something that I need to remove.
