No. You shouldn't switch oil. 10W60 is the recommended oil. You skimp on oil, your engine will not be happy. Don't do it.

 

Stick with what is specified at least until the warranty expires.

 

I don't understand why your manual says 10w-60 and mine says 5w-40. that's pretty weird.

 

different year different model. V8 uses 5w40 base uses 10W60

 

The 2019 Levante S with the 3.0 engine = 10w60. Under the hood sticker.
